I saw that the site is up and running and I think this development will be a huge success unless prices are too crazy. I am a buyer at the 250k level and want to know what everyone else thinks? Anybody know the deposit details yet?

Chesterfield Condos at Hillsboro Village Site

The condos are priced from about $200,000 to over $400,000. Judging from the square footage shown for the condos, these are priced at roughly $300 per square foot. That price level is normal for downtown condos, but I'm wondering what people think about it for Hillsboro. That area certainly is one of the Nashville's most desirable, but it's hardly downtown either. Will these sell like hot cakes?

I looked into them but they don't have a pool and are right next to 440, which can be loud at times. I actually used to live on the other side of 440 in the Grove apartments.
