Major film company relocating to Memphis

This will certianly spur more films to be made in town. I wonder who it is. Its only a regional HQ but its a start.

That's great news! I wish we could learn more about it though. Who they are, whether the region is the mid-south or the entire southeast or south central, etc. But I trust the powers that be to make this happen.

I didn't realize that the legislation passed. That's even more significant than the film co. Any word on the details of the legislation? The article mentioned some; I'm just kind of curious how we would compare if we had to compete head to head with Louisiana and Georgia. Did the legislation improve the financial support and incentives to maybe lure companies and movies that might otherwise film in LA and GA?
