If the city is really serious about enforcement, I expect to see the number of abandon houses to rise dramatically over the next few years. And while inspections are a necessary tool to maintain the quality of housing in the city, there must be some mechanism in place to punish tenets that trash the houses they

As hard as I try, I just dont see this being being enforced by the city. Just my 2 cents.

It may not be enforced 100% of the time, but hopefully it will allow the city to punish some of the larger slumlords.
