Which southern city is the best in your honest and most mature opinion? Richmond or Norfolk,VA?

Richmond is way more southern than Norfolk by culture.

Jefferson Davis, Confederate Capital (then later moved to Alabama), Robert E Lee, Hardees, Bojangles, I-85 terminus is 30 miles south of Richmond (its the official interstate of the south voted by Urbanplanet forumers), Aunt Sarahs, holds the southern accent well
