I would suggest Chesapeake Ave in Hampton on the James river. If you park your car just right you can see the fireworks display from the city of Norfolk, Hampton and Newport News. I thought this would be a chance for people to get some ideas if they are traveling or visiting during the holiday.

In Shreveport-Bossier, along either riverfront. I'll probably be at the Boardwalk on the Bossier side.
