The McQuade and Hub Hosiery buildings on Perkins Street in Lowell are slated to be redeveloped as luxury apartments. The Planning Board this week approved the project's final phase. SUN/BOB WHITAKER

If you panned from that photo to the right a bit you'd see the two other buildings that comprise Lawrence Mills, which are now 150 or so condos that they just finished. Site is right next to LeLacheur Ballpark, home of the Red Sox A-ball Lowell Spinners. Quite a complex all around with the Arena and River and Riverwalk on the other sides.
