1. RDU Terminal C

2. Raleigh Convention Center

3. Duke U. French Science Center-which is almost done

4. Merck Vaccine Plant

5. Soleil Center

6. RBC Building

A lot of stuff going on in and out of Raleigh.

Actually I don't know why they didn't list the $100+ million projects currently underway at UNC (as they did list Duke).

Genetic Medicine Bldg. $200 million

NC Cancer Hospital $200 million

Physical Science Complex $275 million

They probably count each tower separately.

Plus Reynolds tower (not Quorum) is less than $100M ($80M I think) and still must negotiate with the city to purchase the property, go through the approval process, permits, etc. They are very early in the game.
