think so, could be, currently unemployment is at an all time low. Not in every county, but even in

low unemployment counties there is poverty. Choosing between meth lab, gambling, welfare,

drug abuse and just basic neglect, (there is such thing as just plain stupidity) then some kids don't stand much of a chance. My point is wonder how many of that half are in poverty because of sorry parents?

Half of the children in Alabama live in poverty? The study says the number climbed to 23%. That is a HUGE difference from 50%.
