A rediculous project was proposed a while back by Tom Overby, the rest of the US laughed at this project and well, so did Kansas Citians (on the Missouri side)

It is a proposal for a 650ft tornado to be placed in downtown KCK (among buildings only 16 floors)

Many many people in KC just laugh at this project, it has a very slim chance of happening (thankfully). Even the KCK city council "laugh" at it.
