In a way the Barber Group was the classic double edged sword for this group. They had massive plans including awesome plans that would have really changed NWA. The turnabout is that they had very little reason to actually build most of their plans other than simple desire, most of the building plans were gaudy (although I kinda liked the Bellafont renderings), and while they had access to deep pockets, those pockets were not their own and they thought they were.
