The planning process for the TOD near the Pickle research campus has started:

There's a survey you can take to indicate your preferences:

It's pretty lengthy, but you get to rate pictures of various scenes, it's clearly intended to show preference for urbanist/new urbanist design over suburban strip malls, so I'd say take it if you have time and want to help drive the process.
