Downtown Business

Does anyone have any ideas on the price range to lease a store front on Saginaw? A friend of mine has begun some informal discussions about the possibility of opening a full-service deli counter/resto in downtown.

This is a tough one. I can't imagine rents being ridiculous since there is still a lot of open space to go around. I would try calling a few numbers if you see any for lease signs around. However, before you do, I'd advise you to ask other business owners what they are paying for rent, so you know what is a reasonable leasing plan when calling owners. I'd be interested hearing your findings.
