I know urban outfitters is filling at least the city hall space... not sure about this though. The owners did say they were going to relocate city hall... Does anyone have any idea where that could be? I think if the ATL developers develop that huge parcel on the other side of the gulch on 11th ave, City Hall could be built there to add to the urban neighborhood
