9,700 sq ft Am South Bank, 57,000 sq ft Harris Teeter grocery store, 54 luxury apartments and 16,500 sq ft of small shop space.

All part of Giarratana's new design plans for the Belle Meade Town Center scheduled for completion in a little less than 2 years at an estimated cost of $30 million.
