Actually toys r us still exsist in the caldors plaza. The old krispie kreme building is now citi bank and the old letvizs building will become a ann & hope store. Also, sams club plans to build a new store in the caldor plaza. Once a dead mall area, the newington fair plaza is getting new life with stews ans sams. Also, another grocery store is opening on the pike.

I'm glad their finally doing something with that old Caldor's building. It's been sitting idle for a long time.

There's a Sam's Club about three miles down the road from Caldor in the Home Depot plaza. Are you sure it's not going to be a BJs?

Yes, it is Sams club. Their moving to a bigger location. The new site will be 135000 sqaure feet with their own gas station to. Home Depot then will take over the old Sams location and expand. This has been a 5 year plan, but now its becoming a reality.

Home depot is staying where it is, their just going to expand and be bigger. They will take over the Sams club site after the move. Aldi food(the new grocery store) will be across the street from pier 1 imports(the jbc or whatever you call them site). Their some truck contruction site.
