Proposed Hamilton Partners Tower

Hamilton Partners has moved to Salt Lake City. They've proposed a 22+ story tower right across from the Wells Fargo Center and One Utah Center. The tower will become one of Salt Lake City's tallest towers.

Construction is scheduled to begin either at the end of this year, or early 2005. When construction begins it'll be one of three towers under construction.

This is what it'll look like:

It really isn't green!

In fact the tower will be blue.

This is something I drew up very fast. Nothin' too great but it gives you an idea of what it will look like in the skyline.

This is the lower part of SLC's skyline, the place that seems to have the more modern towers. Anyway, it'll REALLY add to the skyline from this view, as you can see. The height probably is off just a bit - might be a little smaller. But oh well.
