^^In 10 years, I bet our "downtown" will look at least twice as big as it did 10 years ago (2007-2027).  It already looks at least 50% bigger in that photo.

The first time I looked at that yesterday I thought it was a rendering for construction on the bridge since only the elevator and river building are in color.

Maybe this was posted somewhere already, but Trump Hotels has signed a letter of intent with a potential hotel operator in Nashville for their new Scion brand hotel.

I think it is there... is it not the building depicted to the left of the KVB Bridge starting around the 8 second marker?

What is the building in the Gulch around the 1:00 marker that looks like it has two towers, between the Buckingham and the building that is under construction?

That's a great photo. Also, for anyone looking for a unique vista of the city, I'd recommend a drive or walk across the Woodland St. bridge (especially at night). The mini-skyline of Sobro really expands the downtown vista and for a few brief moments, Nashville looks pretty impressively big city-like.

On Bridgestone...it looks like we have 1 ½ more floors...and then what will amount to about 3 ½ floors of "crown" on top (which will look like 3 ½ floors of office space from the east and west...but will actually be "fins" atop the building).

Maybe it's just the photos and angles but Bridestone doesn't look near as tall as I would have thought.

I thought the tower will be taller than the Pinnacle building once completed 460ft

Yeah you would think the bridgestone would be taller than the pinnacle by now

Still have the equivalent of about 5 more stories to go to top out (with fins).  That's what...about 50 more feet?  But I do wonder what the elevation difference is between the two buildings.

Chris...hope you don't mind me using your photo...but this should be very close to the finished height.
