What is the deal on the Joseph?

The last update was that there may not be any movement on it until December.

Is there an example of a city that did not have an urban environment built correctly in the early 20th century, but was developed correctly in the last few decades, despite the existence of the automobile? Is Portland an example?

Downtown / Midtown Atlanta as well as downtown / uptown Dallas are gradually getting to that point.  They're sort of being forced to build high-density developments given the increasing desire for urban living and their continued (relatively rapid) population growth.

I'd give both of them another 20 years.

EDIT: Austin and Denver's getting there too.
