As I recall, I thought that was to be phase 2 of the eleven-eleven development.

Some probably by whoever owns that Granger building. Are there any plans to sell or redevelop that property?

That's kind of depressing. That stretch of Nashville was much more vibrant in 1960 than it is today.

It's a little deceptive, though.  Instead of retail and gas stations, we now have the JWM, MCC, CMHoF, Bridgestone Arena, Bridgestone Americas, a city park and more coming hotels and office buildings on that stretch.
