Taken last night at one of our favorite haunts - The Mainstay Restaurant at Spring St. and Main on the east side. It's a great place to watch Preds games (and other sports) with well-above average bar food, friendly staff and tons of parking. We won, GO PREDS!!!

Shot of the Cumberland downtown today. Its expected to get to 34.5 feet high (was 52.5 feet in 2010)

I worked at Opryland in Food & Beverage Division that month he stayed in middle Tennessee . They hosted a dinner for him in their secret party room  and I got to help prepare Lobster Thermidor  (I cracked open the claws and removed the meat; It was tasty) and Pate de Foie Gras (mushed up goose liver, I mushed up the goose liver with a fork and put it in a silver cup). 

He survived.

It’s funny how some of the lights are already out on the spires. I thought LED’s were supposed to last a long time. Also, I wish they would adjust the light cans so the light washes the building more evenly

It's a shame that the riverfront is, for the most part, unused these days.  How the city doesn't just have concerts down there every weekend I will never know.  I was actually searching for old Nashville Riverstages stuff and found the lineups for 1998-2002 and I forgot how awesome they were.

Ascend Amphitheater has helped bring people back, but I agree the riverfront should be better utilized

I agree with you guys, but was wondering if a reason money has not been invested in the riverfront as much as we would like it to be is because of the flooding?
