I’ve always wondered about that structure. I imagine it was obsolete not too many years after completion. Does anyone know where I can find some history on it?

Looking forward to when a few 20 -40 story buildings are built south of the MCC.  While I like the MCC.  I long for it not to be so dominant in this view  My eyes are always drawn to the horizontal stretch of the MCC.  Plus I believe that a few 20-40 story buildings south of MCC will give the skyline a lot more depth.

Decades from now, I'll be the old fart driving my grandkids around Nashville, saying, "I know you won't believe this, but when I was growing up here back in the early 2000s, the only tall buildings were the Batman building, 5/3rd tower and the Snodgrass Tower. You can't even see them now!"
