The architectural highlight of my quick week in Miami-seeing this masterpiece under construction. Look up the PBS program on the design and construction of this tower. She’s going to be a beauty!

I came across that program about two week ago. Beautiful building and I want to make a point to see it in the next couple of years. The building is held up by the concrete exoskeleton. There is zero margin for error in that building with the concrete exoskeleton and the prefab materials that goes on the outside of the concrete. The show goes into great detail on the process for fixing errors that were made in the construction of the building. I can't remember if the show states how much the building costs but I would assume anywhere between .5 to .75 billion. The prefab covering for the concrete was made in Dubai then shipped to Miami. It's definitely a must watch program.

Well if the Ink House Hotel project is now back from the dead I may have another one back from the dead as well, but you will have to come to the meet to find  out unless it hits the news  before then. It may end up being nothing , but I don't think so. I just found it this morning.

Just think about projects that have been cancelled over the past year and a half and you may be able to figure it out. No hints because the hints I would give would be dead give-aways.

My guess is the large hotel development by KVB by developers related to the Disney family?

Sorry to interrupt the conversation but i arrived in nashville last night and took pictures of the airport. I didnt come in on British Airways this time because I came from Paris and had to go through atlanta on delta, but when I go back to London I will be on BA.  These are some pictures of the international carriers at BNA, and I arrived just as the flight from London got in and heard many people with British accents (from all over Britain not just London) come in through the temporary IAB. The airport was extremely packed with travelers from all over the world yesterday night and it was a wednesday lol.

This post and pics belong under Nashville International Airport, not under new construction.
