Beautiful, but how is this related to Ken Burns?

A slow zoom-in or zoom-out while the camera is panning is called a "Ken Burns effect" or simply "Ken Burns."

There are about 930 units between Ryman Lofts, Art Deco, The Metro, The Victorian, City View, Terra House, River House, and Nance Place.  There is one remaining slot on the far east side of the site for a building that could probably hold another 200 or so.

Thanks. The 10 acre development for the MLS stadium called for 900 units, so I guess Rolling Mill Hill is a good estimate of what that can look like.

So much could be done to improve the look of the renaissance hotel by simply adding various and random strips of color on the white horizontal facade. It would be a very inexpensive remedy to such an eyesore (IMO).

I think that would look quite silly. I actually think the Renaissance looks pretty nice since its repaint a few years ago, especially now that they have also painted the portion that used to connect to the old convention center.

If ya tore it down and rebuilt a lot slimmer tower it would go over 40 stories-then build the offices next to it in a second tower.

Dadgum thing is a blight on the cityscape and an affront to all that is beautiful!

But that's just me.......
