The core on 505 is almost covered up (for the first time)...meaning we're close to see the finished height.

Ya know, 505 is really growing on me.  It's nothing groundbreaking in terms of design, but it sure is a handsome building when seen up close and personal...sleek, and clean.  I think my initial opinions were driven partially by the letdown experienced when they changed the design and shortened it, so I was comparing the current product to previous iterations.

That just means Sig can be endowed upon us from a variety of other places. If zoning can be relaxed a bit maybe it could pop up in Sobro, Gulch, or Midtown.

It's very unfortunate that pictures on the east side of the river make Nashville look like it has 4 buildings, while pictures like this look as BNABreaker said like SF...

The shots on Nashville that the NHL shows on Predators games are also from like 2005 and only the Pinnacle and Encore building are there...
