That first photo is great! Seems to me that the old Tulane site is a far better choice for Giarratana's Paramount tower than the park he's trying to get. If he wanted to build tall and skinny there, he'd still have land left over for a Starbucks... j/k. But seriously, there's room for a second smaller building... or dare I say, a parking garage with retail. But looking at that photo, I can just imagine a 65 story tower filling in the gap from that angle. Plus, it's on Church Street, where he wants to be. He called it his sandbox.

That view will be iconic if KVB hotel, Ray Hensler apt building, and 1st and KVB parcel all get developed.

The next part of the puzzle is the parking lot next to the energy facility at KVB and 1st. I think they can go at least 30 plus bonus there. However we will have to see what happens with MDHA as Cooper has vowed to take the development arm away from them, but that parcel is owned by MDHA, so it could get sticky.

I think cooper would be ok with that lot going for sale and simply going to the highest bidder

Great pic of "New Nashville" :) Pretty much all of the infrastructure and high-rises in this shot were completed in the past 15 years.

SPECTACULAR view! Yes, I did intend to write in all caps. I am just that blown away by this shot and the density we're getting in the core.
