A couple of quick hits here. From John M aka doormanpoet.

1) Core drilling at the lot on the SW corner of  Church & Rosa Parks. This is owned by Speedwagon out of Chicago. I have heard rumors to the tune of a 28 story building at that location.

2) Core drilling on the big parking lot between Malloy , KVB, 2nd & 3rd. This is Michael Hayes/CB Ragland. Now there are long range plans for this and they may just be taking advantage of the fact there are no cars in the lot right now to get the core drilling out of the way.

1-Sort of catty-corner to Tony's project. On the other side of Church St.

2-Found out they are taking advantage of the empty lot to do what I thought as they wanted to know what was under the lot and also to make repairs to the asphalt.

The Amazon tower is at Tenth and Church Street.  Here is what is looks like from Fifth and Church with a long lens.  Imagine what it will look like when they build the big boy across the street from Amazon One.
