But you're not a multi-million or billion dollar company. And what they want is to be in something that doesn't make them feel like they are going to be out of business in the next month. They want new, hip, and desolate free.

Now you can walk in to these developers' offices and tell them you want them to build old time buildings. And then you can observe how fast they call the department of Health and Human Services to haul you in to Central State.

Sometimes the new glass buildings don't get a lot of love from folks who would like to see more variety in our architecture.  But on a sunny Spring day they can be quite handsome.

I think that was all just rumor and conjecture.  There was never an official proposal and we has only heard the property was for sale.

Probably some wishful thinking by someone.
