We decided to hit the Green Hills Mall for NYD sales.  Dissappointing, but we decided to head on into Nashville for lunch at the Peg Leg Porker...closed for NYD.  Sigh.  So it wouldn't be a total waste of beautiful warm day, I got James to swing around so I could take photos.  Trying to get him to slow down enough to get a decent pic is worse than having a  root canal though.  Here are the six or seven I thought good enough., probably because they are taken from a longer view than most.  The intersectom shot at 8th and Division I include as it shows Haven at 2 stories and shows how much it will have an impact when itis at its full height.  too bad the finishes will be so crappy though.

Most remarkable thing to me about that pic is the Tennessee Tower is almost completely obscured. Used to be the first/most prominent building visible from that direction.

My wife laughs at me whenever I comment on certain areas being a good angle of downtown. That is def one of them.

Are they planning on covering that concrete face on the top of the Broadway tower?
