Yup, though it was the parking lot for Phillips & Quarles before that. That one building next to the Silver Dollar Saloon looks like it could've been as old as the 1850s. This was demolished probably right after the photo was taken, as these 2 buildings above the SDS were gone by about 1975 or so.
