I've often wondered the same.  On the reverse side blurb, the postcard touts Nashville's interstate hub status.  Partially explains the shot, yet not sure it was completely thought through.

Edit - Sorry, wrong thread!! The view from 3rd Floor offices at TOA (Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance) in One City. Unfortunately, I've been here too many times, but the view helps... LOL.

I took out of town friends to tour Barbara Mandrell Country one time. It was a pretty decent little tourist attraction for its time. We stopped in there after touring the old Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum at the nearby Music Row location. 
That area has definitely changed for the better!

I think the Museum was a location for one of the nine store chain of Barbara Mandrell One Hour Photo stores. (The stores were ultimately sold to the Moto Photo chain.)
