I was in The Gulch yesterday and got these shots of the nearly completed "W" with interesting clouds and a view of Grand Hyatt with Union Station nearby.  The restaurants were busy.

Look at the Radio Tower for an idea of the impact Cumulus will have. I imagine 2nd & Peabody will block Embassy in this photo.

The Vandy college dorms webcam went dark on 8/17.  I hope they're repositioning the camera to get a better view of the whole complex.  They really should put a camera on the three campus-facing sides of the tower about midway up.

Love this view from the top floor of Vanderbilt's MRB III. While the angle makes everything look about the same height, I like the layering of all the buildings. Tons of cranes in this shot, too. For anyone inclined to count, that white blip on the right side of the horizon is part of a crane as well.
