The Haven is just brutally ugly.

I honestly think it's not just the stucco, but the awful color choices that make it so bad. Hopefully a buyer will come and change it to black (remember 805 Lea under construction?) and dark grey, etc. and it will not stand out so bad.

Hadn't thought about a different color because it's so ugly, and especially didn't think of black. But that might actually make the contrast between the vast swaths of stucco and the small, cheap windows be much less pronounced.  Liptstick on a pig!

Based on certain camera angles it appears Nashville actually has two Batman Buildings!  Of course you have the already known  ATT  building which  looks like the classic Michael Keaton Batman.  But the side view of the Bridgestone Tower looks like the Ben Afleck Batman.

The Grand Hyatt putting everything else to shame lighting wise.

I honestly don't understand why more hotels don't do that.  I mean, if I were from out of town planning a trip to Nashville, and saw a shot of the nighttime skyline that featured that building, what would I think?  Probably, 'oh wow, well I guess we should be staying at The Grand Hyatt!'
