Got some shots from the 14th floor at Bridgestone, 10th floor at the Drury, and Rooftop at Jason Aldeans. 

I counted 12 cranes in the first pic. 

Also, I did not see any movement or workers at the world's slowest bar build. Is the project dead? It's been 5+ years! 

 

 

Any recent news or movement on the Ragland lot and Ragland building (old Asurion site)?

Edit: never mind, just saw that the magic 8 ball might be hearing rumblings...

I think that land is purchased and waiting to be developed, in terms of timing/plans/etc, from what I've read.

That plot would be a just perfect, beautiful location for a gorgeous, 700 foot high residential skyscraper.

The development maps on this site indicate that this lot is slated for "Station District" future expansion. So, looks like it may be part of that hotel property/Nashville Yards? Residential/other hotel expansion in the future probably.

I’m actually thinking that lot belongs to the guy who owns Cummins Station.  May be wrong…but I feel like I’ve heard that before.
