That's my street and neighborhood now and I've got to admit that I'm surprised at how crazy some of them are.  Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of people suffering from mental illness who I see often in this area and a few of them are kind of scary.  Some of them really need to be put in institutions of some sort involuntarily but I don't think we'll end up doing that.  Anyway, I don't want to start a conversation about it, it's just a sad situation.

This one shows how Four Seasons a little to the east and Alcove, Amazon, One22One, and Broadwest to the west have more than doubled the east/West profile of downtown circa 1993.  And as some of the proposed Midtown projects and the YMCA tower fill in, it's going to be an even more impressive shot.

Anyone remember where the post showing downtown with all the proposed projects populated is located.  I think maybe @MidTenn1or @UTgrad09might have done it.  Sorry if I got the composer wrong....

What I'm looking for in particular is the post that showed a shot of downtown represented as a massing with the proposed towers in purple I think.

I like this pic. Thanks for posting. 

It's a color pic, but the clouds and light make it look almost like a B&W photo. The red on the sign and a few of the cars are the exception to the grayscale. 

Imagine how much Paseo will fill in the area between the two front towers!

Eventually Frugal's will get an offer they can't refuse and you won't even see Paseo in this view probably.
