70 acres on upper slopes of White Oak Mtn to be perserved

County Commissioner Bill Hullander says that the county wants TDOT to reconsider a new interchange

Do you know how many homes are in this project? I think a new interchange there would spur even more development.

Approx 100 homes a year for 5 years

500 homes at build out.

Prices 300k - 2.5 mil

I believe it at the foot of White Oak Mountain in Hamilton County near I-75. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.

That's excatly where it is. Mtn Creek road would be the new I-75 exit. The tract fronts the SE side of I-75 at the foot of White Oak Mtn.
