I'm a little confused about the live/work spaces that are already available on Division

Ave. It appears to me that some are more work, than live, that is, no visible evidence

of actually living in the spaces.

Every one of the Martineau apartments I've seen is most definately live/work. My impression is that the apartment dwellers there have created a close-knit community amongst themselves.

Another new, independent live/work space that comes to mind is the Capsule-Living Studio next to the Folk Art Sanctuary. Although there is another off-site studio on Grandville, the furniture maker lives at his showroom on Division. Very cool designs. Cameron Van Dyke
