No comments on that article, SavannahGa? I'm surprised.

I think that Savannah is just trying to say its better than Charleston without actually saying it. They don't mention that Charleston probably has more people going there anyway to startwith otherwise hotel prices wouldn't be higher (prices are relative to demand). Also, they have more hotel rooms, so whil Savannah may win by percentage of rooms, the real number goes to Charleston.

Isn't Broughton St really picking up activity these days? Last time I was there it was still solidly in transition. Lots of vacant stores, lots of active stores, and also lots of stores that were being rennovated.
