They changed the sign out facing Orange Ave. It actually says +1 and advertises it as condominiums. No date given, just says coming soon.

The developers' definition of "coming soon" is a lot more different than our idea of "coming soon".

As far as i know we should see movement here close to the end of the year. Its definitely pushed through the summer.

not sure. all i know is they are planning on moving ahead with it. just waiting until after the summer to do anything. it should flow along the same timeline as East On Park.

do you all realize what kind of density downtown will have in that corner if this gets built... Dynetech is already filling a huge gap in the skyline coming from the NW and looking SE from I-4.

I just spoke with someone who works for the company building this project. He told me that they are planning on construction starting this fall. Very interesting, apparently some of the same people who are building East on the park are also involved in this project.

[This is the same note for all of my picture posts today] I'm in town for a few days and today I went for a ride around downtown to see what's new. I took a few pictures as I drove around and the weather turned pretty crappy, so I'm not too proud of these shots...but at least you'll get an idea of what's happening.

I like this tower. it looks much better in these pix that the earlier ones.
