This afternoon I took a quick spin around downtown Houston. I shot most of these without color and in my opinion, the effect was nice.

I also visited the 6th ward just west of downtown. The area has some great Victorian architecture.

Wow, Greens, awesome photos of one of my favorite cities! While I enjoyed the color photos, I think the sepia effect worked out very well in your favor... especially in this photo:

Also, in the color photos, I loved the look of the Zydeco Diner sign. A Louisiana name for sure, and very cool-looking! But then again, Houston is the 'Bayou City!' It doesn't get much more 'Louisiana' than that as far as Texas goes!!
