Exactly! TT purchased the airspace from the city above the library parking garage for $300K. A $162K/year "air-space rental" is outrageous! What is he smoking?!?!

I say to him, good luck building his high-rise condo. The footprint is so small, the orginal proposed building with its complex automated parking garage, and # of units/sq.ft ratio put the average condo price in the building at over $1M. So I say good luck to him making those sales!

Agree. Absolutely outrageous!!! Nobody in a million years would agree to something like that. But is this just a gossip or is this for real. Did he actually propose that? Who can confirm?

Yes he did proposed this to the waverly owners, I was there. On top of that, he stated that the annual fee could increase based on inflation. Whatever he is smoking, I want it.
