Lakeline Station is a $400 million project planned for Northwest Austin near the intersection of US 183 and RM 620. The 335 acre mixed-use project being developed by Pacific Summit Partners could have up to 3,000 homes and 150,000 sf of retail space.

Simmons Vedder & Co. is also planning a mixed-use project on 63 acres to the southwest of the Pacific Summit project. Their plans include 1.5 million square feet of building space that includes office, apartments, and retail space. The office phase of the project could begin construction early next year.

The CapMetro commuter rail line, which is scheduled to begin running in 2008, will run in between the two projects. Also, Texas 45 will be a new toll road opening in mid-2007 that will run adjacent to the projects and link the area to I-35. US 183-A is another toll road under construction nearby that will run out to Cedar Park and Leander.
