What a pile. Sometimes landlords can really be crummy. I wasn't much of a fan of Agave, but I loved their presence in Midtown. I hope they find a new location close by and that the other guy's building won't get leased until he gets his act together because the same thing will happen to the next tenants.

Hey, at least the Thai restaurant will open across the street. One gained, one lost...equilibrium.
