I have a question. What does it mean when there are dotted lines under someones name? Also, is there are certain order people's names are in at the bottom of the forum and thread pages?

i believe the dotted lines means they are replying in that topic. you can hover your mouse pointer over the name and it says "replying..." and a time or if it's a solid line it says "reading..." and a time.

i don't know about the order...

The order goes from left to right based on who has done something most recently. When you first come out of a thread, you'll notice you're at the far left (unless someone did something at the same time). As an experiment, just hit refresh a couple of times and you'll see you keep popping up at the far left.

Yep. Thats why you almost always see your name first in the list.
