Look for the Green Seal

An organization called Green Seal tests and analyzes cleaners, housing materials, and other products to determine their impact on the environment. Not only are the products that have been awarded the Green Seal better for the environment, they are more healthy for you. For instance, many paints give off fumes which can be damaging to your health and give you headaches over time, look for the Green Seal to find paints that are safe and won't cause health problems.

I hadn't heard about green seal. But I have already seen some companies put out cleaners and such that were less harmful to the environment. Although I noticed I didn't see them listed on there. I've seen 7th Generation and Ecover products in my area for a while.
