ParkSouth Development on Archdale

I just noticed the sign at the entrance of whatever company used to be back there. I went by pretty fast but I think it mentioned condos and townhouses etc. Is there a lot of land back there? A big corporate campus? I assume it will be popular because of the relatively close proximity of the light rail. I assume it will also boost the already rising values of the older neighborhoods surrounding the site.

Are you referring to the old Celanese site off Archdale Dr?

They only just started a few months ago. But the widening of Archdale by CATS is coming along, they're filling in the sidewalks now, on the north side of Archdale from there to South blvd.
