Its still in limbo. The VoteJacksonville group was able to get in enough signatures to allow a Duval County vote, however, Clay County residents are now in an uproar as they are not incoluded in the vote.

Hopefully something will be decided soon and the unrest with regards to Cecil's fate can be quelled.
