The way the Renaissance Hotel seems to be booking.. I'd say screw the Hilton condos and make it all Hilton hotel rooms with garage. What better than to have 1000 hotel rooms attatched to the Dunk/CC

They are working on the decks of the garage now. I don't know if this means they are fixing it up because they don't expect to tear it down anytime soon or not. TPG has a lot on their plate right now, I'm not holding my breath for any movement on that one.

They've got some giant pressure washer. Looks like the are smoothing the decks. The decks were a crazy patchwork of different surfaces. Not suited to the Hilton brand I'm sure. I don't think they are doing any structural work, just cosmetic.

There's going to be a Phase 2 of the Miriam Expansion as well. I believe much of the rest of the buildings fronting Summit will be knocked down and replaced by a new building resembling the one they just finished. There is a rendering showing the new Miriam campus out there but I can't find it online. The East Side Monthly referred this month to the 2nd phase in the community notes section under Summit. It didn't give a timeframe other than to say that it would be happening "in the near future."
