Kernersville Condo-office park is planned

Doctors, lawyers and other professionals will have more office-space options when a condominium-office park opens on Old Winston Road, its developers say.

Highmark Properties LLC plans a 43,000-square-foot building on Old Winston Road near the intersection of Hopkins and Old Winston Road.

Danny Hill, who is marketing the project, said that there will be 24 condominium-office units in the building.

"It will be upscale - brick with a stone accent," said Hill, the president of Triad Realty Group.

With the announcement of the hospital planned there and now this proffesional office park, it just shows that K-ville is growing into it's own freestanding entity instead of just a suburb of Winston and Greensboro. That area still shows amazing growth and potential. Maybe one day it will be the "Cary" of the Triad.
