hmm, sounds cool. if they put it in Bay City, would they want to put it on the river so a fleet of fuel tanker ships could transport it throughout the country, or would it be more of a regional facility, only making it for mid michigan?

We're already out of the gates too late. Michigan should have been one of the first to do this, and we're playing catchup. We're far from the forefront on this. Good news, but disappointing considereing how innovative this state used to be.

you're right on that and i stand corrected, i didn't realize how far behind we were as a state.
