Hankster 6 Report post Posted August 6, 2006 We had a great time at the Forum Meet Saturday. The highlight of the meets besides the great conversation with a awesome bunch of guys, was a trip up to the 30th floor of the venerable L & C Tower to see the Terrazzo sales offices. I have a much greater appreciation of the Terrazzo project having gone to their sales office. It's pricier than the Icon for good reason. The details of the apartments are really nice, and they will have 11 Ft 8 In ceilings throughout. Imagine that! All the spaces will have a very "airy" feel. The Terrazzo project is probably at least 200 Ft tall despite being only 14 stories. The first floor alone is 24 Ft high. While up there, we went out on the balcony for unparallelled view of downtown Nashville. I could literally bend over the railing and look straight down to the street. Awesome! Here's some pictures. Enjoy! A look up at the L & C and Virdian construction: Views from the 30th Floor of the L & C Tower: Here's some street level views from our walking tour. First is a view of the Encore construction site. Things are moving full steam ahead! Here's a view from the Schermerhorn Symphony hall grounds towards the Batman Building.
